PDF & Image Toolkit (com.pdfimagetoolkit.app)
Last updated: November 2, 2026
This policy explains what information PDF & Image Toolkit ("the app", "we", Omega-57) handles, why, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.
Your files stay on your device
All PDF and image work, including creating, merging, splitting, compressing, editing, resizing and cropping, happens entirely on your phone. The files you open and create are never uploaded to us or to any server. We cannot see, read or store your documents or photos.
The app only opens files you choose with the Android file picker. Files you save go to the Download/PDF Image Toolkit folder on your device, or to a location you pick. On Android 9 and older, the app asks for storage permission only to save files to that folder.
My files and the PDF viewer
The My files tab keeps a list of the files you saved with the app, such as their names, sizes and when you saved them, so you can open them again. This list is stored only on your phone and is never uploaded. You can remove items or clear the whole list at any time. Removing an item from the list does not delete the file.
The built-in PDF viewer shows your files on your phone. If a PDF contains a web link and you tap it, the link opens in your browser, which then follows its own privacy policy.
No account, no personal details
The app has no sign-up or login. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts or precise location.
Advertising
The app is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. Ads are only requested when your device is online.
We do not collect, store or share any information ourselves. Any information used to show ads is collected and processed by Google, not by this app, under the Google Privacy Policy. To learn more, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Your choices
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent before showing personalized ads, using Google's User Messaging Platform. You can change your choice at any time from the app's settings.
If you live in a US state with a consumer privacy law (such as California, Virginia, Colorado or Connecticut), you can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for ads. Open the app's Settings, tap Privacy choices and select Don't sell or share my data.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device settings under Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads on some phones).
Turning off mobile data and Wi-Fi stops all ads. The app's tools keep working offline.
App updates
The app uses Google Play's in-app update service to tell you when a new version is available. This check is handled by Google Play and does not share your files.
Data retention and deletion
We do not run servers and do not keep any of your data. Files you create stay on your device until you delete them. Uninstalling the app removes its temporary files.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Security
Because your files never leave your device, they are protected by your phone's own security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app changes. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
